Drive 140 meters, then turn left and get onto Burnhamthorpe Rd. 84 meters ahead; after crossing a bus stop, take the right road. Stay on the right road and head towards Evans Avenue.

Reaching there, take a left turn. After driving approximately 2.1 kilometers on Evans Ave, turn right and get onto Kipling Ave. Then 1.5 kilometers ahead, you will see the LiveActive Sports Medicine & Physiotherapy center. It will be on your right, and the address is 400 Kipling Ave, Etobicoke, ON M8V 3L1, Canada. Now you have entered the New Toronto neighborhood.

Continue driving south on Kipling Ave, and 300 meters in front, you will find a cross street. From here, take a left turn and drive onto Birmingham St. 200 meters ahead; you will see the Humber College Lakeshore Media Arts Building, 300 Birmingham St, Etobicoke, ON M8V 2E6, Canada. The building will be on your right.

Head west on Birmingham St and then take a left on the first turn you see. Now you are on Twenty First St, and after driving for approximately 290 meters, you will reach Lake Shore Blvd W, where you need to take a left again. 140 meters ahead, on your left, is CoCo Fresh Tea and Juice, 3180 Lake Shore Blvd W Unit 6, Etobicoke, ON M8V 1L7, Canada.

Continue driving east on Lake Shore Blvd W and take a right turn after driving 130 meters. 300 meters ahead, you will see the Humber College branch of Tim Hortons restaurant. The location is M Building, 21 Colonel Samuel Smith Park Dr, Etobicoke, ON M8V 4B6, Canada.

Drive south on Colonel Samuel Smith Park Dr for 210 meters and then take a slight left turn. Stay on the same street and 500 meters ahead; the entry to the Colonel Samuel Smith Park, 3145 Lake Shore Blvd W, Etobicoke, ON M8V 4B6, Canada, will be on your right.
